This healthy drink mix gives a quick and sustained energy boost, supports brain development and digestion, strengthens bones and teeth, and improves immunity. It also helps maintain healthy cholesterol levels and prevents anemia—making it an ideal choice for growing kids and adults alike.
Ingredients
Cashew nuts, Almonds, Pumpkin Seeds, Flax Seeds, Watermelon Seeds, Makhana/Foxnuts, Sunflower Seeds, Jaggery, Oats & Cardamom.
How to Use
- Take 2 to 3 tablespoons of the mix in a glass and add 15 ml of cold milk. Stir well to make a smooth, lump-free paste.
- Add 150 ml of hot milk, stir again, and serve warm.
- Add extra sugar or any natural sweetener if you prefer more sweetness.
- Can also be added to desserts, pancakes, fruit juices, or laddus to enhance taste and nutrition.
